Nice for taking my phone when walking for exercise

This is a comfortable arm band with lots of versatility for fit. It doesn't slide easily and keeps my phone safe from moisture and falls while still providing plenty of volume. My only complaints are that the clear part that covers the screen is a little too thick and not very touch responsive. Also, the volume controls are difficult to use without taking the phone out of the pouch.

Get the right size for your phone, but works well

I got the L, because I have an iPhone 13 Pro (and the phone fits fine in the armband even with the case on). The clear cover for the screen doesn't impede me from using my touch screen at all (only on the outer edges). This is the second or third armband I've had and this one is a keeper for sure.

good when wearing for sports

I bought this for running. It holds my iPhone 13 pro max with a pop socket phone case (pop socket removed) very well. Almost like it was made for it. They used quality materials and the build quality is outstanding.
